RAZMAN BIN KAMARUDIN
Managing Director
Razman Kamarudin brings 24 years of extensive experience in the construction and development industry. He has successfully led and delivered a wide range of residential and non-residential projects, including major government housing developments over the past 15 years.
With a solid foundation in project management, contract administration, and strategic planning, Razman has established a strong reputation for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. His leadership style emphasises teamwork, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving, ensuring seamless project execution and sustained organisational success.
Driven, disciplined, and results-oriented, Razman continues to lead Novaa Group Sdn Bhd with a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Executive Director
An expert leading the Integrated System Department, she brings 18 years of global experience in Project Management, Software Development, ERP, and Process Improvement. She ensures IT systems align with business goals, oversees delivery phases, and defines standards and best practices for quality and consistency, supporting cross-functional projects and decision-making across the company.
